Due to this being our busiest time of year, our turnover has extended slightly. We are running on a 3-21 working day delivery turnover now. Our cutoff date for Christmas delivery is 31st November 2020, Please bare this in mind before ordering. Once your order is complete with production we will dispatch your order to the shipping address entered on your order and you will receive an email from us to advise your order is complete.

PLEASE NOTE – Delivery aim timeframes are only an advisory timeframe in which we aim to deliver in, no delivery date is guaranteed but as always we will try our very best to have your order with you as soon as it is complete with production. 
High demand for a specific style or an unforeseen high influx of orders could extend delivery timeframes, we will try our best to communicate with you if this is the case but please be advised that this is not always possible so please order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
We may partially dispatch multiple item orders, please rest assured if you receive part of your order the rest will be along as soon as possible.

*In the unlikely event that we can not fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe (deemed around 30 working days mon-fri)  you will receive a full refund/reactivation of your online store credit, a sincere apology from us and a discount voucher should you wish to place a future order.

please be aware that the above delivery times are just estimates and can sometimes take longer during busy times. please also take into account that the above times are not inclusive of the 48 hours it can take to dispatch your order. we do not provide money-back guarantees for parcels that take longer than usual.

how long will it take for my order to be processed?

we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of your order being made and ready to ship (unless it’s ready to post items which are shipped straight away) we aim to ship orders placed before 12 midday gmt same day, however this is not guaranteed. you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

who do you use to ship your orders?

we use royal mail for most orders. for international parcels royal mail will hand your parcel over to your country's usual postal service.

will i have to pay any customs fees?

for international deliveries, customs charges may be incurred once the parcel reaches its destination. these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. customs policies and import duties vary from country to country and we cannot estimate these charges so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities. if you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by Ruby & Ralph.

what happens if my parcel was market as undeliverable?

if your parcel is marked as undeliverable or return to sender, a reshipping fee will be required.

what happens if i provide you with the incorrect address?

customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Ruby & Ralph is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

what happens if my parcel gets lost?

on the rare occasion that you do not receive your order please make sure to contact us as soon as possible at sales@rubyandralph.co.uk with the subject "item not received".
